🍌🥬 Banana and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 small handful fresh spinach washed
  • 1 cup milk almond milk, or water
  • 3 –4 ice cubes optional
  • Optional only if you feel like it:
  • 1 –2 tablespoons yogurt for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon oats for fullness
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter for comfort
  • A pinch of cinnamon for warmth

Method
 

  1. Peel the banana and add it to the blender.
  2. Add the fresh spinach leaves.
  3. Pour in the milk (or your preferred liquid).
  4. Add ice cubes if using.
  5. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste, adjust if needed, and blend again briefly.
  7. Pour into a glass and drink slowly.
