4-Ingredient Bread (No Yeast, No Dutch Oven)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain thick yogurt
  • Optional: olive oil or melted butter for brushing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add yogurt gradually and stir gently to form a sticky dough.
  4. Place dough on a floured surface and shape into a rectangle or oval.
  5. Place dough on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. Optional: brush the top with olive oil or melted butter.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the bread cool for 10–15 minutes. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Use thick yogurt for best softness.
  • Do not overmix the dough.
  • Add herbs or spices for extra flavor.
  • Store in airtight bag for 2–3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
