Avocado Toast with Egg

Healthy fats, protein, and crunch — a perfect quick breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper, and chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slices.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread it on the toast.
  4. Fry or poach the eggs and place one on each toast.
  5. Sprinkle chili flakes.
