- Step 1: Boil Pasta
- Bring salted water to boil.
- Add pasta.
- Cook until al dente (follow package time minus 1 minute).
- Step 2: Prepare Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add garlic; sauté slowly for 40 seconds.
- Add chopped tomatoes; cook until they completely collapse.
- Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
- Simmer 10–12 minutes on low.
- Add fresh basil at the end.
- Step 3: Combine
- Add cooked pasta to sauce.
- Toss gently to coat every noodle.
