Creamy Mango Mousse — The Dreamiest Dessert

Let’s start with my go-to summer favorite: Mango Mousse. It’s rich yet airy, elegant yet effortless — the kind of dessert that makes guests think you spent hours in the kitchen when you really didn’t.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Blend mango cubes, sugar, and lemon juice into a smooth purée.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the mango purée into the whipped cream.
  4. Chill for 2–3 hours, then serve cold with mint leaves on top.
