Method
- Cook pasta according to the package.
- Add sturdy greens like broccoli or zucchini during the last 3 minutes.
- Add spinach in last 30 seconds.
- Drain pasta, saving a bit of the water.
- Return pasta to pot on low heat.
- Stir in Greek yogurt + pesto.
- Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
- Serve warm with parmesan.
