Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and mushrooms, and sauté for 4–5 minutes.
- Add spinach and let it wilt.
- Pour in milk, stir, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the pasta and toss everything together.
