  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder or paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, paprika.
  3. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Flip halfway.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup or yogurt sauce.
