Easy Rice Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked short-grain rice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Nori strips
  • Fillings of choice tuna, chicken, cheese, etc.

Method
 

  1. Prepare warm sticky rice and mix with salt and sesame oil.
  2. Wet your hands with water and shape rice into small mounds.
  3. Add your filling, cover with more rice, and form into a ball or triangle.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds or wrap with nori.
  5. Serve fresh or store in the fridge for later.
