Easy Vegetable Fried Rice

When you have leftover rice, this recipe is your quick-fix hero. It’s colorful, flavorful, and comes together in one pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive or sesame oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until golden.
  2. Add vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and serve hot.

Notes

The best part? Everyone can add their own toppings — chili sauce, sesame seeds, or even a fried egg on top.
