small tortillas
Yogurt or sour cream for topping
Method
Sauté onion and mushrooms until soft.
Add beans, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Warm the tortillas and fill with the mixture.
Add yogurt or sour cream on top.

A side of corn salad or guacamole.
