No-Bake Mango Cheesecake — A Slice of Heaven

Some desserts don’t need ovens to shine. This No-Bake Mango Cheesecake is proof. The buttery biscuit crust, the creamy cheese filling, and that glossy mango topping create the perfect tropical symphony.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups crushed digestive biscuits
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup mango purée
  • 1 tbsp gelatin or agar-agar for vegetarian option
  • 3 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with butter and press into a springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add mango purée.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in warm water, mix into the filling.
  4. Pour over crust and chill for 4–6 hours.
  5. Top with more mango purée before serving.
