Method
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add olive oil and combine.
- Slowly pour warm water while mixing to form a soft dough.
- Cover and rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball into round discs.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium.
- Cook each flatbread until golden spots appear.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- Brush with extra olive oil before serving.
- Serve warm with herbs, dips, or soup.
Notes
- Add herbs to dough for more flavor.
- Make thicker for soft bread, thinner for crisp bread.
- Store wrapped in a cloth for 1 day or freeze for later.
