Overnight Oats with Honey & Berries

A creamy, no-cook breakfast that you can prepare the night before.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk any kind you like
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh berries
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, and honey in a jar.
  2. Cover and keep in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with berries and cinnamon.
