Activate the Dry Mix
In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add Water & Oil
Slowly pour warm water and oil into the dry ingredients. Stir until a rough dough forms.
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape the Loaf
Punch down the dough, shape it into a log, and fit it into a bread pan.
Second Rise
Let the loaf rest for 20–25 minutes until it puffs up.
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool & Slice
Let the bread cool fully before slicing for the softest texture.
