Stir-Fried Veggie Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g noodles boiled
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce optional
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add all vegetables, and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and boiled noodles.
  3. Toss everything well for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
