Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Naturally sweet and full of fiber.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cooked sweet potato
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Mash the sweet potato in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and peanut butter on top.
  3. Drizzle honey and sprinkle chia seeds.
