Tuna & White Bean Salad

A no-cook meal that’s light, fresh, high in protein, and perfect for meal prep. Great on toast, in wraps, or eaten as a bowl.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna in water drained
  • 1 can white beans rinsed
  • Cherry tomatoes halved
  • Red onion or scallions
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt + pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix tuna, beans, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with crackers, bread, or in wraps.
