Veggie Omelette Wrap

A filling and protein-packed breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup onion
  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs with veggies and seasoning.
  2. Cook in a pan until firm.
  3. Place in tortilla and roll it up.
