Veggie Wraps with Hummus2

Servings: 2

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas or wraps
  • ½ cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper sliced
  • A handful of lettuce or spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Spread hummus evenly over the wraps.
  2. Layer the veggies on top.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Roll the wraps tightly and cut in half.
